Refund policy

However, we also understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations — whether it’s the fit, the feel, or simply a change of mind. If your order isn’t quite right, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as straightforward and stress-free as possible, so you can continue to shop with complete peace of mind.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, and with all tags still attached. The item must also be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at contact@intimidate.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Ship your item back to us using a tracked courier service. We strongly recommend using tracking, as INTIMIDATE cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Once your return is received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.


Damages & Issues

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@intimidate.store. Our team will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution, ensuring you receive the product and service you expect from a premium brand.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes products purchased on sale or clearance, gift cards, undergarments or socks (for hygiene reasons), and any custom or personalised items that were specially made for your order. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, we encourage you to reach out to us before initiating the process.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the updated product. This process ensures that stock availability is confirmed and your replacement item can be shipped to you without unnecessary delays.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, although depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at contact@intimidate.store for assistance.


International Returns

For customers outside of Australia, returns are accepted under the same 30-day conditions. Please note that international customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, and INTIMIDATE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Returns must always be sent using a tracked and reliable courier service to ensure safe arrival.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled by law to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification. To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
